Seven Oceans Emergency Ration Food Blocks provide a balanced diet in a compact lightweight biscuit. They have been designed and approved worldwide for use onboard lifeboats and liferafts, making them an excellent choice for a prepper's bugout bag. The biscuit has a long life of at least 5 years and may be eaten directly without any preparation.

Each vacuum-packed pack of 500g gives 10,300 kJ or 2,500 kcal of energy and contains the highest possible ratio of balanced nutrition compared to volume.

The pack is subdivided for easy rationing, each pack of biscuits contains 18 tablets packed in 9 bars with grease-proof paper. The 9 bars are packed under vacuum in air and water tight aluminium foil, and also protected by a water-repellent cardboard box.

In survival situations, one 500g pack provides enough nutrition to last one person 72 hours.
