Our meal pouches are perfect for anyone looking to make sure they have a supply of hearty nutritious meals stored and ready for any situation, whether it’s being isolated due to poor weather to needing to have a stockpile of food that is easy to prepare in difficult conditions. Our meals are cooked first, then freeze-dried. This means that when you come to prepare the meal, the process is incredibly easy; just add water and wait.

INGREDIENTS: (as per 100g) Tomatoes, concentrated tomato juice, onion, 40g peppers (red, yellow, green), 40g green beans, cream (MILK), 29g sweet corn, 26g cauliflower, 23g rice, rapeseed oil, 16g tikka masala paste (vinegar, rapeseed oil, tomato purée, ginger, coriander, sugar, ground coriander, garam masala - (cumin, black pepper, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves)), paprika, sea salt, MILK powder, lemon juice concentrate, ground cumin, turmeric, ground fenugreek, green cardamom, chili powder, bay leaves, garlic, corn starch, red chili powder.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Store in a cool, dry place.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Remove oxygen absorber, add 230ml hot water (approximately fill line F), and stir the contents thoroughly. Seal the pouch, wait for 8 minutes then serve or eat straight from the pouch.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your items then you can return them to Sgt Prepper Shop within 30 days of delivery. Damaged items or faults need to be reported within 48hrs of delivery.

We ship to virtually any address in the UK, with all orders currently sent via Royal Mail.

Orders over £60 qualify for free standard delivery. For orders under £60, a flat £3.95 shipping fee applies.

We aim to deliver your item within 2–4 working days, and once your order is placed, we’ll provide an estimated delivery date based on stock availability and your selected shipping option.

IMPORTANT
