The Ganzo G740 is a lovely knife. It's a powerful, well-made tool which is ideal for campfire cooking and typical bushcraft tasks.

This knife is quite long for a pocket knife. It has a comfortable handle made from G10, which is an ultra-strong material with excellent characteristics.

The Ganzo G740 knife blade is made from 440C stainless steel which has excellent corrosion resistance and toughness. It has a drop-point blade, i.e. the blade is with gradual decrease of the spine line.

Not the best knife I owned, the pivot lock was very stiff at first, it was very sharp out the box but the blade chipped after a week or so but probably because the things i cut are not clean.

Ganzo knives

For sheer value for money & a proper razor edge that doesn't need to be touched to bring it up to standard, these knives are up there with all the big names which cost 5 times more , ok they are good but if you"re struggling on a budget GANZO are the ones to buy.Well made non flimsy blades, feel good to rip , confidence inspiring.I skinned & butchered 4 rabbits in no time with my big green ganzo.Rapid work - a Samurai blade couldn't have done it better
